About The Event:
Join us for another one of our popular Midweek Chasing Numbers, this time for our Medal Grab where we will have a large box of medals you can grab one from! If there are any medals missing in your collection, then please write in one of the boxes e.g. Where Did You Hear About Saturn / Medical Conditions and we will do our best to reserve the medal for you.
The event is a 7hr time challenge event for all runners, but specifically could appeal to people chasing numbers or trying to fit in extra events to achieve personal goals. We have been chasing numbers ourselves and know the cost of doing a large numbers of events in a short period of time. The midweek runs are designed to help bring the cost of running events down to all runners. You will still receive a great medal and a goody bag and we will have a full aid table for runners, including a vegan range.
There will be a distance pin for all runners who complete either a half marathon, mega half marathon, marathon, 50km or Ultra in the 7hr time limit which can be attached to your medal ribbon.
We will be limiting numbers to 50 runners for all our midweek events so you will need to sign up quickly to guarantee a space.
No refunds or deferrals to other events except as permitted under our Coronavirus guarantee policy. Transfers to another runner allowed up until a week prior to the event.
The aid station is at the start line and therefore available every 3.28 miles, although we reserve the right to change the course to our longer 4.37 mile route depending on conditions and social distancing requirements. The toilets are situated in the Wraysbury Skiff and Punting Club which is available for our runners to use from 8am and for the entire event. There is also a café situated in the Pleasure Grounds should you wish to use it.
The course is along the Thames River path and classified as a trail run. The course is flat and fast.
Minimum distance is 3.28 miles or as far as you can go in 7 hours.
